Costa Mesa’s new “Drive or Fly Less and Dine on Us” special is valid at seven hotels. Guests who book a two-night weekend stay through Feb. 28 receive $30 per-night dinner vouchers good at 16 restaurants. After their stay, a $30 gasoline or airfare reimbursement will be mailed to them.
