Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., the maker of the No. 1 selling video game “Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas,” was sued by a woman who claimed that the company defrauded her and other purchasers of the game by failing to tell them that it included sexually explicit content.

Florence Cohen claimed in a suit filed in Manhattan federal court that she bought the game for her teenage grandson not knowing it contained hidden sex scenes that could be accessed by downloading a software modification from the Internet.

Cohen claims Take-Two committed fraud and violated New York consumer protection law by marketing the game at the time with a “Mature” rating rather than an “Adults Only” rating.
