Ticket to Get Out of Jail?
Re “Gunman Seemed Set to ‘Explode,’ ” June 2: Could it be that Toby Whelchel was allowed to commit violent acts for 15 years, earn a 1 1/2 -page rap sheet and serve little or no time in jail or prison because he was white? Just asking.
