Lytle Creek Development Gets County Approval

The final tract map for a controversial 2,400-home development near Lytle Creek was approved Tuesday by the Board of Supervisors, clearing the way for construction.
Lytle Development Co., based in Anaheim, will spend about $100 million to build homes, commercial sites, a sewage treatment plant, parks, a school site and equestrian trails on 645 acres north of Rialto.
