Pharmacists Aren’t Paid to Be Moralists
California Assembly Bill 21 (June 6) has got to be a joke.
Allowing pharmacists to refuse to fill a prescription on moral grounds?
What a crock.
It is the job of the pharmacist to fill prescriptions. Period.
If that is too much of a moral struggle, then quit and get a job in which your moral beliefs will be satiated.
The Legislature should be embarrassed completely for this misguided and moronic bill.
As much I do not care for our B-list governor, I fervently hope he vetoes AB 21.
