Who Are the Bad Guys?
Re “Support for Guantanamo Eroding in Bush’s Circle,” June 13: So Vice President Dick Cheney states, “The important thing to understand is that the people that are at Guantanamo are bad people.” Was he referring to the prisoners or the guards?
