CBOT Holdings, parent of the Chicago Board of Trade, said Tuesday that it had received “unsolicited, nonbinding expressions of interest” in a business combination. The exchange said it would consider those expressions of interest as part of a broad review of strategic alternatives, including its pending initial public stock offering.
