* Arden Group Inc., the parent company of Gelson’s Markets, reported 2004 earnings of $22.7 million, or $6.70 a share, up from $16.6 million, or $4.90, a year earlier. For the fourth quarter, earnings were $3.9 million, or $1.16 a share, down from $7.5 million, or $2.23, a year earlier.
