Miss USA vote goes online

For the first time, viewers can officially vote their picks for Miss USA finalists, via the Internet, in advance of NBC’s broadcast of the 54th annual Miss USA Competition on April 11. As part of a partnership between the Miss Universe Organization and cosmetics company CoverGirl, viewers will be able to go online at www.covergirl.com, view photos and interviews with the 51 Miss USA contestants, and choose their top 10 favorites in three categories (evening gown, swimsuit and interview), casting their votes from April 1 to 6.
A compilation of the online ballots will fill one spot on the preliminary judging panel.
