A fine wine that’s beyond reach

Congratulations [to David Shaw] on being a member of the Marcassin mailing list [“A Chardonnay Worth Coveting,” March 23]. Having said that, what’s the purpose of an article about a wine that the “great unwashed” can’t buy? How about sticking to available wines in the future?
