Daytime Emmys like DeGeneres

“The Ellen DeGeneres Show” was named best talk show for the second year in a row while its star won as best host for the first time at the annual Daytime Emmy Awards.
In ceremonies at Radio City Music Hall last Friday, “General Hospital” won a record-setting eighth Daytime Emmy as the best drama series. Another veteran, Erika Slezak of “One Life to Live,” won best actress in a drama and Christian Jules LeBlanc of “The Young and the Restless” was named best actor.
“Jeopardy!” was honored as best game show.
