Fifth Round of Nuclear Talks Begins

A new round of six-nation talks on the dispute over North Korea’s nuclear programs began today in Beijing.
China says it expects the talks to last three days.
North and South Korea, the United States, Japan, Russia and China are participating in the fifth set of negotiations.
