Ex-Enron Broadband Execs Indicted Again

Federal prosecutors obtained new indictments of five former executives of Enron Broadband Services Inc., separating the charges over which a jury deadlocked in July into three streamlined cases.

Three indictments returned by a federal grand jury in Houston no longer charge the men with participating in a single, overarching conspiracy to deceive investors with false claims about Enron Corp.’s struggling Internet division.
