KOSTing into the holidays

Share

Let it snow! Metaphorically speaking, KOST-FM (103.5) will do just that today, launching its annual marathon of Christmas music. The station will replace its usual adult contemporary fare with holiday tunes, beginning at 8 a.m. and lasting through Christmas Day.

It’s the fifth year in a row that KOST has devoted at least a month to such programming, and it’s starting one day earlier than last year.

Program director Stella Schwartz said the musical lineup this year will include such new entries as Brian Wilson singing “Deck the Halls,” Jon Secada performing “Feliz Navidad,” Kimberley Locke doing “Up on the House Top” and Carly Simon with “Let It Snow.”
