Fujimori Will Be Held if He Returns, Official Says

Peru’s ambassador to Japan, Luis Macchiavello, said ousted Peruvian President Alberto Fujimori would be arrested instantly if he returned to the South American country.
He was responding to a report by Kyodo News in which Fujimori, who fled to Japan, repeated his vow to return to run for president in April.
