The Boeing 707 used by seven chief executives and mostly by former President Reagan opens for public viewing next Monday at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum near Simi Valley. The display, the culmination of four years of planning, will be the main attraction in the library’s new 87,000-square-foot Air Force One Pavilion. President Bush and First Lady Laura Bush, along with about 600 others, are to attend a private ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday, the library said Monday.
