Train Derails, Falls Into Swollen River

A passenger train plunged into a rain-swollen river that had washed away the tracks, killing at least 10 people and possibly many times that number.
Railway officials said up to seven train cars, each carrying 50 to 60 people, derailed near the town of Veligonda in southern Andhra Pradesh state.
