Chris Carter, the global chairman of investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston, is leaving the firm where he has been for the last 19 years, according to an internal memo.
Carter, 55, led a number of businesses during his time at CSFB and was one of the pioneers of the bank’s equity capital markets business, the memo said.
