“Super”-sized: Three or four sections of “Superman Returns,” due in theaters June 30, will be shown in 3-D in versions screened at Imax theaters, Warner Bros. reports. Viewers will be prompted by an on-screen cue to put on and take off 3-D glasses for the sequences.

Getting treatment: George Jones has been hospitalized in Nashville for pneumonia, the country singer’s record label said Friday. Jones, 74, is expected to make a full recovery, Bandit Records said.
