Two key suspects in the torture and killing of a young Jewish man in France have surrendered to police, judicial officials said.
The men, whose names were not released, were identified by other members of a gang accused in the kidnapping, torture and killing of Ilan Halimi.
More than three weeks after his abduction, Halimi was found handcuffed and covered with burn marks near railroad tracks south of Paris on Feb. 13. He died on the way to the hospital.
