Suze Orman’s formula

Share

I found the story on Suze Orman very interesting [“People First, Unless It’s a First Date,” by T. L. Stanley, April 20]. I have followed her progress since I first saw her on TV some time ago and predicted it would be just a matter of time until she became rich and famous.

Although she doesn’t know any more than any competent financial advisor, she is a master of dramatics and a very aggressive marketer of herself, a combination that has brought her great success. She does what any good budget advisor does -- she finds out who her prospect is before she advises, just as a good salesman finds out who his prospect is and listens to him.
