400 Dolphins Found Along Island’s Shore

Hundreds of dead bottleneck dolphins washed up along the northern shore of Tanzania’s Zanzibar island.
It was not immediately clear what killed the 400 dolphins, whose carcasses were strewn along a 2 1/2 -mile stretch of beach, said Narriman Jidawi, a marine biologist. They had not starved or been poisoned, Jidawi said.
