Ex-Colonel Sentenced for Aiding British Agents

A military court gave a 13-year prison sentence to a retired Russian colonel who reportedly helped British intelligence agents unmask dozens of Russian spies in Europe.
Sergei Skripal was found guilty of passing state secrets to Britain, said Anton Yeliseyev, an official at the Moscow District Military Court.
Skripal, 55, was ordered held in a high-security prison camp.
