Photographer Sentenced in Student’s Death
From Times Wire Reports
An amateur photographer was sentenced in Mathews to 30 years in prison in the death of a college student whose body was located with the help of photos on the man’s website.
Benjamin Fawley, 39, cried as he entered a plea in which he did not admit guilt, but acknowledged that prosecutors had enough evidence to convict him.
Fawley had been scheduled to go on trial Aug. 17 in the death of Taylor Behl, 17, a Virginia Commonwealth University student who disappeared in September.
