Overland Storage Reports Wider Loss

Overland Storage Inc., a San Diego maker of data-protection applications, said its fiscal fourth-quarter loss widened as a result of inventory shortages.
For the quarter ended June 30, the company recorded a net loss of $5.7 million, or 43 cents a share, compared with a loss of $1.3 million, or 9 cents, a year earlier.
Revenue shrank 25% to $41.7 million from $55.4 million.
