Mr. Simers, without Hollywood and Disneyland, what is Los Angeles-Orange County but an overpriced pigpen? I’m not going to waste too much time on a jealous fool like you, but I had to let you know. You’re envious of the good life we San Diegans live.

The fish are biting at Sea World, so come down and take a swim.

On Wednesday, I turn to Page 2 and find T.J. has the day off ... again. I curse him out loud, partly because I’m jealous of all the time the Bagger’s father-in-law gets off.

On Thursday, I turn to Page 2 and read the reason for his absence and am almost brought to tears. I hate to put this in print, but who knew Simers had a heart?
