Judge orders trustee in USA Capital case

A federal judge wants a trustee to oversee a deal that could transfer millions of dollars in assets from a USA Capital mortgage loan fund to a reputed mob associate.
Bankruptcy Judge Linda Riegle on Tuesday ordered the appointment of a trustee to protect the interests of USA Capital Diversified Trust Deed Fund investors in Palm Springs’ Hotel Zoso.
