Re “What will they think of next?” Opinion, Dec. 28

Steve Ballmer says that next year, “instead of being ruled by e-mail and cellphones, we’ll have control over when and how we can be reached, and by whom.” That must mean that Microsoft will figure out how to keep penis-enlargement ads out of my Outlook mailbox, and I won’t be getting “national survey” calls at 6:30 p.m.
