Court Dismisses Suit Targeting Sen. Clinton

An appeals court Monday dismissed a lawsuit accusing Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) and two former advisors to President Clinton of conspiring to discredit Gennifer Flowers after she alleged that she had an affair with the former president.
