8 Peacekeepers Killed in Clash With Rebels

Guatemala said it would not withdraw its special forces troops from Congo after eight of them stationed as part of a U.N. peacekeeping mission were killed in a battle with Ugandan rebels.
The eight were among about 80 soldiers patrolling Congo’s border with Sudan, looking for rebels from neighboring Uganda’s Lord’s Resistance Army.
