The defendants “negligently entrusted, managed, maintained, owned, operated, and controlled said premises in a dangerous manner” by placing a plastic wastebasket upside down so that Plaintiff could sit on it and make the wastebasket collapse, “causing her to fall and sustain severe injuries.”
