Update -- The Western Conference leaders take a four-game winning streak to the scene of their worst defeat, a 114-71 crushing by the Lynx on May 31, which set a league record for most points by one team. Lisa Leslie had a season-low eight points that night. She was more to form Friday, with 30 points and 12 rebounds in a 95-85 victory over Phoenix. The last-place Lynx last played on July 9, defeating San Antonio, 85-80. Minnesota rookie Seimone Augustus, at 23.2 points a game, is second in the league in scoring to Phoenix’s Diana Taurasi (23.7). No player has ever won the league scoring title as a rookie.
