Man Apprehended at White House Fence
From Times Wire Reports
The Secret Service apprehended a man who was allegedly trying to jump the fence on the south side of the White House. A Secret Service spokesman said Roger Witmer, 44, of Washington, who faces charges of unlawful entry and disorderly conduct, threw a package over the fence before he was stopped. Bush was on a bike ride in suburban Beltsville, Md., at the time.
