From Times Wire Reports

A year after British Prime Minister Tony Blair challenged rich nations to end trade protectionism and increase aid, many promised reforms have yet to materialize, Oxfam said.

The commission included Blair, Chancellor of the Exchequer Gordon Brown, several African leaders and Irish rocker turned activist Bob Geldof.
