Britney Spears Sued by Her Former Guards

Three of Britney Spears’ former security guards have sued her, alleging the pop star did not pay overtime and caused them to miss meals.

Lonnie D. Jones, Randy Jones and Silas Dukes are seeking unpaid overtime and penalties for alleged labor law violations.

All three were fired Nov. 30, according to the lawsuit. They also allege that they did not receive their final paychecks, as required by state labor laws.

Neither Spears’ attorney nor the attorney for the former guards could be reached for comment.
