Mayor to Tap Ex-City Lawyer to Head CRA

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa plans today to recommend attorney Cecilia Estolano as the next chief executive of the Community Redevelopment Agency, City Hall sources said.
Estolano is a former assistant city attorney who specialized in housing and environmental issues.
