MTA Bus Catches Fire on 110 Freeway

A stalled Metropolitan Transportation Authority bus caught fire Saturday morning on the southbound Harbor Freeway near Imperial Highway in South Los Angeles, the California Highway Patrol said.
Several passengers climbed out windows to escape the flames about 7:30 a.m. No injuries were reported. Los Angeles firefighters said they put out the flames in about six minutes.
