Addis Ababa Bombings Kill Four, Injure Dozens

Nine bombs exploded across Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Ababa, killing four people and wounding dozens. No group immediately took responsibility for the blasts, which targeted government-owned companies and public transportation.
Police have blamed other small bombings in recent months on militant elements of the opposition. All the leaders of the main opposition parties are in prison and standing trial on charges of treason and genocide.
