They put pleasure back into air travel

WE recently went on a gorilla tracking expedition in Uganda and Rwanda. We went from LAX to London Heathrow on Virgin Atlantic. We have never been treated so well on a flight. The flight attendants were friendly, attentive, polite and professional -- so unlike on U.S.-based carriers. The cabin was very comfortable, and the food was outstanding.
On our flight from London to Africa, we were on Kenya Airways. They were exceptional. Even on the shortest flights, we were served a hot meal, cocktails, tea, coffee and newspapers.
I think all employees of U.S. airlines should travel on Virgin Atlantic or Kenya Airways to see just how top-notch the service is.
