Arrest: Tracy Morgan, a former “Saturday Night Live” regular who costars on NBC’s “30 Rock,” was arrested Tuesday in New York City on drunken driving charges, the district attorney’s office said. On Feb. 17, he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving in Hollywood.
Paris skyline: Santa Monica-based architect Thom Mayne has been chosen over nine other bidders to construct the tallest building in Paris, save for the Eiffel Tower. His design for the 984-foot building, due to be completed by 2012, shows it curving asymmetrically upward and topped by a crown of spiky antennae.
