Bomb Explodes Near Presidential Residence

A bomb exploded in a park not far from the residence of President Gen. Pervez Musharraf, but no one was injured, Pakistani officials said.
Security forces cordoned off Ayub Park in the garrison city of Rawalpindi.
A government statement said “some explosive material” was found in the park.
It said the blast caused no damage or loss of life.
