Artists to discuss album covers

Grammy-winners Mick Haggerty and Tommy Steele and fellow art director Tom Wilkes will talk about their careers and the art of designing album covers at an Oct. 19 panel discussion sponsored by the Los Angeles chapter of the Recording Academy.
