Privacy Group Sues Over FBI Database

A privacy-advocacy group has sued the U.S. government for information about an FBI database of more than 700 million personal records set up after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
The Electronic Frontier Foundation said it sued the Justice Department because the FBI failed to respond to Freedom of Information Act requests on its “Investigative Data Warehouse.”
