Sputtering Hurricane Floods El Paso Roads

Heavy rain flooded roads in the El Paso area as the rapidly weakening remnants of Hurricane John spread across the border from Mexico.
A half-mile section of Interstate 10 near downtown was closed by water, police spokesman Javier Sambrano said.
