L.A. Buyout Firm to Acquire Tourneau

Watch store chain Tourneau Inc. said it had agreed to be acquired by an investor group led by Los Angeles buyout firm Leonard Green & Partners in a deal worth more than $300 million.
New York-based Tourneau distributes more than 100 watch brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe and Cartier.
