Israel Relinquishes Seas, Plans Final Withdrawal

Israel lifted its sea blockade of Lebanon, leaving the task of barring Hezbollah weapons to international warships.
Israel also said it planned to pull the last of its troops out of Lebanon within two weeks. It dropped restrictions on air travel Thursday.
