Girl, 10, Dies as Storm Rips Through Town

A severe storm swept through Rogers, killing a 10-year-old girl, damaging hundreds of homes and scattering debris across the town 25 miles northwest of Minneapolis, authorities said.
Some blocks were devastated; others were hardly touched. The National Weather Service was viewing the damage to determine whether it was caused by a tornado or straight-line winds.
