Woman Says She Drowned 3 Children
A woman charged with killing a pregnant woman and her fetus told police she drowned the woman’s three children and stuffed them into a washer and dryer at the family’s apartment, authorities said.
Autopsies indicate two boys, 7 and 2, and their 1-year-old sister were drowned, a deputy coroner said. There were no signs of physical abuse, he said, and toxicology tests were pending to determine whether they had been poisoned or drugged.
Tiffany Hall, 24, has not been charged in the children’s deaths, but prosecutors have accused her of knocking out their mother, Jimella Tunstall, 23, and cutting her fetus from her womb.
