Names of slain woman and daughter released
The victims of a double homicide in their apartment were identified Saturday.
Thuy B. Pham, 33, and her 1-year-old daughter, Hailey Nguyen, were found slain Thursday in an apartment in the 1500 block of Brookhurst Street in Little Saigon.
Police said they appeared to have been dead for more than a week.
Investigators believe that the two were stabbed to death, Westminster Police Lt. Al Panella said, but autopsy reports were withheld pending toxicology results.
