Another fan of Stephen Collins

I wanted to thank you for such a nice article on Stephen Collins, as he really is a gem and I’m glad that he is getting some well-deserved publicity [“He’s Having a Heavenly Time,” Feb. 1]. I work with a local nonprofit youth arts organization and met Stephen several years ago when his daughter was a member. From Day One he was an enthusiastic supporter and our No. 1 fan. He spent many, many hours in volunteer efforts of all sorts -- and with his busy schedule I know this was not always easy to do, but he did it anyway. He is genuinely one of the most eloquent men I’ve ever met, and his thoughtful words made our organization a better place.
